• Returns: You may return products within 7 days of the purchase date if the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels intact.
• Refunds: We offer refunds for returned items that meet the above criteria. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please log in to your SOUTHERN PRAYERS account and navigate to the “Order History” section.
•  Select the order containing the item you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate a return request.
•  After your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
• Please make sure to package the item securely and include the RMA number on the package.

Return Shipping

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product).

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for compliance with our policy, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Exchanges
